I have the same problem. It worked fine until yesterday. I've already tried a troubleshoot with powershell, but that didn't give me any useful information
PS: I solved the problem
Go to this path: C:\Users\YOURPCUSERNAME\AppData\Local\iNSiDERC0D3_Productions
and delete the whole folders inside.
